Refund Policy

Refunds 
We do not offer money back, exchanges, or returns at this time. Once your package leaves our hands at the post office we are not responsible for it. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed or damaged please contact USPS and file a claim with them. All products are handmade therefore imperfections are to be expected. We will ship to the address that was filled out on your order form. Any packages that are returned will be re-shipped at the cost of the purchaser. 

PLEASE REMEMBER- packages can be delayed due to COVID19, currently all orders processing times vary- but you should receive your tracking number within 2 weeks! 

Never received your cup

In the event someone steals your cup after it's been delivered unfortunately you will not be able to receive a refund- I am not responsible for your cup being stolen. Once your order says delivered on my end there's nothing I can do. 

Misspelling of your name on your cup

Unfortunately, if you accidentally misspell the name you'd like me to put on your cup I will not be able to refund you. The only thing I could offer you is 10% off of your next purchase- incase you want to order the cup again. However- if you sent me the correct name and I misspelled it, then I will offer you a full refund as long as you ship the cup back to me. 

Custom cups

Unfortunately no custom cups may be refunded.

Taking too long to ship

If you have not received a tracking number after 2 weeks (in business days) then you may request a refund, unless your order is a custom order and I've already started on it. We are not responsible for how long your cup takes to arrive if you are not in the U.S. 

Once you receive a tracking number unfortunately you will not be able to request a refund. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
